Making an Order When you order something through tutu, you’re entering into an agreement to pay the price including GST and postage. Once full payment is received and cleared, your item will be delivered within 12 hours using Express Post within Australia. We try not to keep things listed when they’re out of stock. However, if we’ve not updated our numbers by accident, you’ll either receive a refund, or notification that your item is on back order. For any questions, please Contact Us. To make an order: - Log in your account (Click on Log In link. Enter in your user name and password).
- Select the product you would like to order and open its page.
- Click on the more info link next to the item you want to purchase.
- Type in the styles section how many you would like purchase (default 1 item).
- Click the add to cart link.
- Then click the checkout button when you’ve finished shopping.
- Confirm your delivery address and select the next button.
- Choose your payment method and select the continue button.
- Review your order and print the page before selecting complete my order button.
To make an order using PayPal - Follow the above steps, but select PayPal as your payment method.
- Select the PayPal Buy Now button on the Checkout page.
- If you are a PayPal member, then Log In on the right hand side of the screen. If you are not a member, click the link on the left hand side and fill out all the required information.
- Press the Continue Checkout button and review your order information.
- PayPal will send you a receipt of payment to your email.
