Returns and Exchanges We want you to love and treasure your tutu clothes. However, we understand if it does not work out for you or if you are unhappy with the order. If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 7 days to let us know you will be returning the item to arrange for a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn, have all tags attached and are returned in its original condition. If the tutu team believes that an item has been damaged or worn we have every right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Due to health regulations, we are unable to take return of, provide refunds for or exchange earrings or hair accessories under any circumstances. There will be no returns available for all sale stock. This customer information forms part of our terms and conditions.
