Turning Japanese Skirt

A one off design from tutu! It is a pretty skirt with contrasting waistband and pocket. The contrasting fabric is made in Japan with floral and origami prints. The main fabric is magenta Polyester/Lycra. This skirt is to be worn below the waistline.
